Jay-Z & Alicia Keys recently shot the video for "Empire State of Mind". Thankfully Lil Mama didnt ruin the performance this time lol. The video was directed by the notable Hype Williams and shot near ground zero. Their were plently of fans and onlookers admiring the duo. Alicia keys explains how the collabaration came about "He reached out to me and said. I have this big New York record I feel its right for us to do it together" "I feel like you can really do something with it. I went to the studio, took a listen to it, I really felt the energy of New York all through it." "It felt so classic it felt so good. I said I love it lets do it.
